The Quality of homes is impressive ! Liz Cappiello is so knowledgeable and answers questions quickly. It’s refreshing to have been treated with dignity and respect. They involve the buyer in all steps of building process. This beautiful community there are building. Landscaping, Lighting is above the standard when compared to a typical build of a white box townhome as I toured previously. Inspectors are thorough. I’m a local real estate agent and my buyers were interested in DR Hortons Ocean Isles (townhouses) in Waretown. Needless to say, they loved it. Once arriving we were greeted by Amanda. It couldn’t have gone smoother! She is efficient, thorough, very clear, and most of all super nice. I certainly can see her climbing the DR Horton ladder. We still have to get to the closing table, but I don’t anticipate any issues.
Our office had multiple clients purchase in the Waretown community. The staff was easy to work with and even with hiccups along the way we had good communication the entire way to get through.
