Update : anyone reading the response given down below by this place makes it clear how unprofessional these people are . Never did we do what this person is “ accusing” my group of doing . Dissatisfied/ poor customer service : This was our second time coming to this location for a boat rental . Views / water experience is great but I am rating it 1 star because in the middle of our 4 hour rental we lost the anchor , we stopped to do some fishing and the literally the whole anchor with string were gone when we tossed it . We were not aware the knot at some point during our ride got loose we believe. This is NOT our fault the crew making sure these anchors are tied properly should have done a better knot or made... read more
