Did not stay at hotel so can’t comment on rooms; however dined at restaurant on Friday night which was really busy and incredibly loud. So loud it was impossible to hear a person sitting next to me. Food received a mixed response. Duck curry was not very nice, pizza ok, pasta ok, calamari ok. Wait staff were lovely but service was incredibly slow and meals came at different times. Overall, a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place especially on a Friday night.
Great place to stay, ever single staff member is happy and polite! Food is actually sensational and i don't think its talked about enough, i don't think you'll find a better Pizza in Mackay, highly recommend the BBQ Beef Brisket one! Rooms are very good sized, very comfy bed and pillow, in a nice location where noise is minimal!!
Room was very clean but on ground floor. There were no oceanview, however the duty manager Kevin & restaurant staff were great.
