The office is not open until 4:00PM. After ringing the bell we were not let in. Someone came out eventually at 3;20 and I got in. I waited outside for at least 30 minutes. When I got inside they said that they were not taking anyone else.
This place is one of the worse places I've ever been affiliated with when it cumz to public assistance programs . I'm a senior and been disabled now going on over 27 years . In which 8 of them I've been getting help from here . I've moved twice to a different residence during this time frame and in each of them I lost my assistance due to someone else's negligences mostly being to them not putting in the correct information.
