Current customer (2805) Spoke with someone on phone yesterday have yet to receive a call back or assistance, have electrical issues with tv, plugs, satellite, lamp not functioning and plug making an audible electrical noise with no response yet, upsetting after spending over 900 dollars on a stay but 2 days left will make the best of it the condo is nice otherwise Edit: had someone call my wife and try to “walk her through fixing the electrical issues” unacceptable I fully recommend looking elsewhere for your stay

My main complaint is the condition of the swimmimg pool! Theres numerous tiles missing. the tiles that are still there looked like they hadnt been cleaned since the pool was built! The elevators has cracked tile and is scary to ride on. We had security stop by and tell us that a pair of shoes setting outside the door is a tripping hazard but the people 2 doors down kept all their beach stuff outside of theirs for the whole week we was there. 40 dollars to park! Per vehicle! Building needs a lot of upgrades.
