Updated review : The whole team works together to ensure a seamless car purchase, so I didn't want to name names since everyone is important in the process. However I absolutely have to shout out Same Peter and Micheal. I have Never met a team of loving honest car sales men. Just horrendous communication and customer service. Every time you call them you're just listening to hold music until you are pinged back to the operator. I was supposed to have a part replaced, but they needed to order the part. They said they would call me when it came in, but never did. Because "the service advisor quit". What kind of slipshod operation cannot handle the exit of one frontline employee? I am cursing the day I bought a Honda. Never had these kind of issues with the Toyota, Subaru or Volvo dealerships.
