We hired this inspector for our home purchase a year ago. After moving in, we discovered structural issues that were not noted in the report. We were disappointed with the level of detail provided and the missed issues. This has led to significant stress and costs for our family.

Our building needed an electrical thermal imaging inspection as required by our Insurance Company. Steve, the technician who did the inspection was fantastic. The service was A+, and the report he submitted to us was extremely detailed. He explained how and what he was doing every step of the way and answered any questions we had. We use many vendors to do jobs for us and I can honestly say Ocean Home Inspections, and Steve in particular was great.
