We had an excellent experience with Steven! He was professional, thorough, and explained his findings clearly during the inspection. I'd also shopped around quite a bit prior to picking a home inspector and his quote was by far the most reasonable. Our building needed an electrical thermal imaging inspection as required by our Insurance Company. Steve, the technician who did the inspection was fantastic. The service was A+, and the report he submitted to us was extremely detailed. He explained how and what he was doing every step of the way and answered any questions we had. We use many vendors to do jobs for us and I can honestly say Ocean Home Inspections, and Steve in particular was great.

Steve came highly recommended by our realtor and for good reason. He was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to both show pictures of what was seen and do a walkthrough to show pertinent findings. His report is also very detailed and was quick to be sent after the inspection. I would use Steve's services again without hesitation should we need another inspection in the future, and will highly recommend him to anyone I know needing his services.
