I am extremely disappointed with the way Ocean Hills Retirement Community’s memory care unit handles communication with family members. I simply called to speak with my grandmother and was told she was at dinner. When I asked if I could speak to her afterward, the staff member on the phone became incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her tone was entitled and dismissive, and the conversation became so unpleasant that I had to hang up before it escalated. Wow! This place is so great. I moved my mom here and it's gone so smoothly. The staff have been very accommodating and my mom loves her new place in the independent living section. It could not have gone more smoothly and I could not hope for a better outcome.
i love the hospitality of each and every staff member and its filled with kind ,loving resident. 5 star all around
