A beautiful setting with a very professional, understanding and capable director who gets the bigger overall picture. She understands the business, and is a good communicator with a fine heart. The property is kept very well, and we appreciate all the efforts by her and staff to make a nice place to live for my Mom.. Thank you all for making it home.
As a resident, I truly appreciate the pride that the Maintenance Department at Ocean Hills Independent Living takes in the upkeep of the building. When I moved in, my apartment looked brand new—as if no one had ever occupied it. And since moving in, all requests for work have been completed quickly and with the care they would use at their own home. The Maintenance Department goes the extra mile to provide excellent service!
My parents have been living at Ocean Hills for more than 2 years. My 92 year-old dad recently had a medical incident and staff at OceanHills Independent have been great about checking in with them and providing us with resources in our time of need. Thank Ocean Hills staff - especially Bill, Fabi, Celeste, Julie, Astrid and Maria. I wish I could name all the staff but these are the ones that interact the most for my parents. I wanted to take a minute to thank the staff and team at Ocean Hills senior living. My mother has been a resident for over 3 years and I have found everyone to be kind caring and supportive.
