My mom has lived at Ocean Hills Assisted Living for 3 years. She really likes the facility and the exceptional staff. She recently had to go to Skilled Nursing for 2 months and was so very happy to be back at Ocean Hills. She has made great friends with the friendly residents and staff. She really enjoys the multitude of events and activities, so many to choose from. My folks live here and we just live Suzanne the activities director. She plans great outings and let my mom feel useful by helping out. She really takes time to get to know the community folks and plans things based on their likes and interests.
A beautifully decorated assisted living facility with many areas for activities and relaxation including a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating and bbq facilities, a movie theatre, game rooms, ice cream parlor, library with computers, activity room and spacious dining room and lobby. Beautiful community with great residents, but care staff/ med techs could care more. Completely unprofessional and rude. Some think being a caregiver is just a job when CARE is in the description. Residents should not be having to wait over 2 hours to be see by a Medtech. Not waiting over 40mins for a call to be answered. Been here since they first opened when staff really cared for the residents now seems like they’re just here for a paycheck.
