Beautiful community with great residents, but care staff/ med techs could care more. Completely unprofessional and rude. Some think being a caregiver is just a job when CARE is in the description. Residents should not be having to wait over 2 hours to be see by a Medtech. Not waiting over 40mins for a call to be answered. Been here since they first opened when staff really cared for the residents now seems like they’re just here for a paycheck.
Great facility for independent living in an assisted environment. Great social activities. A bit cost prohibitive for most on fixed incomes, however.
Ocean Hills has been a truly remarkable place for or mother. The staff are exceptional; the food is delicious, and the building is lovely, and the greeting by Zues is entertaining.
