It would be great if there was a bathroom on the main floor
Bed were very hard and getting someone in the phone was impossible. Always had to go to office if there was an issue. We also had noisey neighbors. It was a beautiful view. Not all rooms had dressers. Bring your own toiletries including toilet paper there is one ply and like tissue paper. We also bought some paper towels there were tissue paper too. So I agree with the others. Outdated rooms. Dirty carpet. Bathrooms are old. Cracked tiles everywhere. The location is nice. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. No chairs in the living room or bedrooms. We called maintenance and they didn’t come. We had to walk to the office the next day and they sent someone because the “hot tub” doesn’t work.
