All of the Physicians in the Group are first rate. The two I have seen Dr Komoroski& Dr Tardos are excellent diagnosticians.Staff is polite & accommodating.One major problem is overbooking & wait time.I have chronic pain issue,so waiting for hours in not possible for me. The Doctors need to meet with Office Manager to correct the problem. So many negative reviews about the wait time.It is like an Emergency Room waiting room on a Holiday Weekend! Efficient patient processing, long wait for treatment.
I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Heart Group. The entire staff is incredibly patient and kind, making what can be a stressful visit feel very comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to Paula, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain the Heart monitor usage and instructions with such great detail. Her clear explanations and understanding nature made everything easy to follow. I truly felt like I was in good hands!
I went with my grandfather recently for an appointment, the staff were very nice and great. Adriana especially was very kind and supportive of my grandfather
