I had a very pleasant experience at Ocean Heart Group during my first visit this week. The check-in process was seamless, and I didn’t have to wait long for my EKG before seeing the doctor. Within less than five minutes, Dr. John Tardos came in to evaluate me. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my cardiac history and concerns, and made me feel heard and comfortable. I'll start with the positive first, the nurses and two Dr's I saw Kianfar and Tardos were very pleasant but unfortunately they have a confusing computer system and the Dr's were unclear about who I was they were seeing. A bit alarming. Now for the negatives. Always overbooked expect to wait around 2hrs. The parking is really bad! I had to park in a different lot and walk there. The waiting room is very small. One of the things I appreciate most about Ocean Heart Group is that they accommodate same-day sick visits. When I’m worried about a health issue, being able to call and have someone see you that day makes such a difference. The staff is always polite and does their best to help, even when the office is busy. For the quality of care I receive I will wait to see the Doctor as long as it takes. No other group can compare.
