Liz is an incredible healer and such a gem of a human being! I originally seeked her out specifically for lower back pain, but have found over the years that her acupuncture has helped improve aspects of my life that I didn't think were possible. She's helped me through so many life transitions and I honestly couldn't picture my life without her practice. I started Acupuncture about a year ago. I went in dealing with abdominal pains, digestive issues, and shoulders that would tighten up and shoot pains down my arms. Not only have, I gained an amazing relief with those symptoms I am experiencing a whole new level of relaxation. I’m learning to deal with stress differently and I have a much more calm attitude about life. I never imagined Acupuncture could have such an effect on me. If you have not tried it. I highly recommend giving it a go.
