Horrible company. My mother's power wheelchair hasn't worked in over 3 weeks. She completely immobile without it. She bought it though Ocean and it's under warranty. I call every day. I'm always told that they escalate the request. Nothing ever happens. They get angry when i suggest that their incompetent but the only other explanation is that they don't care about their customers. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Billed me twice. Even though Ocean is using my credit card for billing they said they could only talk with the patient not me.this is a medical supply company. I am referring to

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. There is no "customer service" and would rather see a patient die than assist you. Four different Customer Service representatives have hung up on me during civil conversations. They repeatedly talk over you and there story is never the same. They hide behind medicare even though the issue was with what they supplied. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and you should avoid them at all cost. They care about profits. If you don’t HAVE to use their service, DON’T! Not only are the people responsible for answering calls/questions very rude! They don’t understand basic mathematics and when asking for a supervisor they will attempt to keep you on hold forEVER!!
