No duty of care!! Was on holidays at Palm Cove and wanted for a doctor to listen to my 7 yo chest as he had a cold. I was told that they can’t afford for their doctor to get sick so they won’t see anyone with cold symptoms. I was quite surprised by this policy, especially when it comes to the health of a child. Fortunately we were provided with a last minute appointment for my son who was suffering from an ear issue and due to fly home. Service was prompt and friendly.
Still til today dr coraline has been one of the best dr’s to deal with, i truly haven’t had a dr work as hard to help with my treatment absolutely stoked with how she handled the whole thing.
We are so lucky to have this clinic in Palm Cove. Within 3 days, I had an appointment, diagnosis and initial treatment with ongoing care. Kind, efficient and reassuring all round. Thankyou ladies.
