TOOK 2 DAYS OF CALLING 3 TIMES EACH DAY AND WAITING OVER 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO FINNALY PICK UP THE PHONE, THIS IS NOT HOW U SHOULD TREAT PATIENTS ESPECIALLY PREGNENT WOMEN GO HIRE MORE STAFF OR OUTSOURCE UR CALL CENTER TO THE PHILIPINNES FOR 7 DOLLARS AN HOUR

I had an absolutely awful experience here due to Lori in the billing department, who was incredibly nasty, unprofessional, and discriminatory. My insurance renewal was pending, so I checked in online as a self-pay patient. The system explicitly prompted me to apply for financial assistance, which I did. The doctor advised my wife to hire an assistant so she doesn’t strain herself and is refusing to a form of disability anyway
