Beautiful mix of tropical landscape with northern beautiful live Oak that are very well established and old. Only problem is that some of the grassy area is just sand/dirt they could probably plant some shade, loving ground cover or grass in those areas so that you didn’t track the dirt and sand into your house all the time especially if you have a dog.
When we first moved to this area 30 years ago, we lived here. Back then it was the Arbor Club Apts. I remember the walls & ceilings being very thin, and hearing every move of all our neighbors, on all sides of our unit. Just curious...Did they beef up the insulation or soundproofing before they changed over to condos?
Affordable upscale condos close to beach and less than a mile to Sawgrass shopping center. Publix, restaurants, small shops. Beautiful place to spend the day or night
