When we first moved to this area 30 years ago, we lived here. Back then it was the Arbor Club Apts. I remember the walls & ceilings being very thin, and hearing every move of all our neighbors, on all sides of our unit. Just curious...Did they beef up the insulation or soundproofing before they changed over to condos?
Affordable upscale condos close to beach and less than a mile to Sawgrass shopping center. Publix, restaurants, small shops. Beautiful place to spend the day or night
Beautiful place, love the pool area with the hot tub and clubhouse, grills and lounge chairs, it's the perfect place to be in the summer!!
i don’t live in Ocean Grove but have visited many times. Looks like a great place, nice club house, tennis & pickle ball courts, fitness ctr, pool, nice tree canopy, Great location walk or bike to Sawgrass village.
