Very caring and professional doctors.
Great pre booking questionnaire to inform the doctor what my visit was about and what medications i was taking. Made for an efficient appointment. Friendly reception staff and doctor.
I had my first time appointment at Ocean Grove Medical Clinic today. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr Evans was also friendly and professional. I've found my new home clinic. Hoping not to need too many visits though. No offence team!!!
Had appointment for vaccination and the doctor did not show prior to getting jab to check in with me as I was not feeling well. Then when i paid fee at reception, was not informed of the card surcharge. Very incompetent & unprofessional. Overall a poor experience.
