Rooms are depressing with no view, except only 2 rooms overlooking on a main road. Swimming pool looks depressing as well, with an artificial grass and no view whatsoever, feels claustrophobic. Very disappointing stay, we booked for 4 nights but stay only two.will never come back again.

Managed to get a last minute weekend deal for 3 nights last weekend with ANMF membership rates. Well located very close to beach and shops, with everything on the doorstep all within walking distance. Lovely well maintained room as well as communal pool and heated spa. Other towns such as Point Lonsdale, Port Arlington, Barwon Heads, St Leonards, Indented Heads and Queenscliff to name a few were just a short drive. Also met some other guests who were very friendly. Ruined our holiday! We booked 12 months in advance to get the room we wanted, but after receiving confirmation that we had the room, got a text message saying that we were in another room. Not the one we booked and not appropriate with the main bed in the living room! Not 2 separate bedrooms as requested. So angry and disappointed. So much for being an ANMF member and thinking we would be looked after. WRONG! Sent a text message to the number stating disappointment but sadly got no apology! Not likely to return after this.
