Gave this facility another try since its super close to my home. Its now under new ownership. Upgraded rating to 5 star. Huge changes since last visit. Rob super responsive to multiple queries that I had. Easy online booking process. No contracts. Got the code to enter. No problems rolling my motorhome in today. Wide spots with ample room to get around the well kept lot. Very helpful water and air amenities available. Only 20 amp service available, but good enough for what we need. Conveniently located by US-1 and I-95. We looked at a cheaper place that was hardly maintained and decided to pay a little bit more for nicer place. This place is well kept and felt safe for my trailer. Nice clean gravel lot and has a wash station to wash your trailer. It's also gated and has cameras.
