I'd like to give it a 5 Star, it really deserves it. Always 1 bad apple that puts a frown on it. Owner who is currently renting a unit has turned me down due to my service animal. Yes I know they can't but did. Once dog was mentioned it was no my husband won't go for that. She finally called back after 11pm 2 days later after calling realtor . Fabulous condominium complex... The management company and the HOA do an unbelievable job! The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The owners are all so nice... it's a great community with lots of fun events throughout the year... Across the street is the fabulous Ocean Club and Lynda's restaurant! If you're thinking about condo life...you should definitely consider Ocean Grande! You'll love it here!
