Unbelievably rude. I called to ask a question about replacing glass on a window, and the guy was so difficult to have a conversation with. I ended up hanging up in frustration. I would not use this business.
Rude customer service! I was looking for a door for my business and sent over an email for a quote. A woman responded back to me very quickly but could not provide much help so connected to the RUDEST person who clearly is miserable and hates their job. After trying to explain what I need and being able to answer his questions, he YELLS at me and tells me that I am saying nothing and he doesn't understand. I give him the answers he's looking for and still wasn't able to provide me any information.
