Asked to confirm the time my appointment was at this morning and the guy on the phone said “we don’t do appointments” I said okay when will you be coming? The person on the phone said 2-4. Which is interesting because when I called on Friday I was told they would be coming within a 2 hour window in the morning since I have to be to work in the afternoon.
