Absolutely the worst glass company I ever dealt with. Rude and obnoxious with no customer service skills. Then to top it all off they installed a used windsheild and ripped off the insurance company. Horrible company.
Absolutely dreadful business - insisted on a credit card payment to come out and look at a broken window - with a wait of two weeks because they were "busy." When I called back 15 minutes later to cancel (I found several other glass companies could come out sooner, and they didn't ask for upfront estimate payments on my credit card), I found out they had already charged my credit card $50. I asked them to refund my card - and they charged me ANOTHER $50 instead. I kept calling for a refund of my $100, and got nowhere. Had to... read more
