Colman from Ocean Forest Construction did work on my home converting a screened in porch to a 4 season room. The work was on time, on budget, and meticulously done. Colman does a fantastic job of communicating and covering off on any and all open items. His attention to detail is fantastic. The low country is lucky to have someone for general contracting needs with the work ethic that Colman has. Could not be more happy with our finished room and would highly recommend Colman and his team.
Coleman is fantastic to work with! He is very polite, on time, does what he says he will do, hard working, proactively communicates with you, and charges reasonable prices. He is going to help me with my elderly Mom’s house now, and was very respectful and patient with her. I highly recommend Coleman and this construction company.

Colman comes back to see if you’re satisfied with the work. Always I purchased a place that was to be finished at closing, that couldn’t happen. Someone told me about Colman and Oceanforest Construction in a week the work was done to perfection. Two months ago my washer overflowed and ruined the flooring.
