Unfortunately my experience wasn’t quite as hoped for. Had a blocked drain that was unable to be cleared but charged the full amount of $385. Hoped for a reduction in the invoice but to no avail. Im sure they’re good people and by the reviews are a good company, but I was invited to do a review and it’s a pity but I was left disappointed.
booking was easy, the lads turned up at the advised time, quick assessment & provided options for a fix, all completed successfully within an hour, and good to have hot water again !!!
