Kerry is a fantastic instructor even when there is no ocean and she has to compete with kangaroos! I had the pleasure of participating in Kangaroo Yoga at Tree House Farm in Trinity this morning. From 10-10:45 we mingled with kangaroos as Kerry snapped photos of all of us. Around 10:45, Kerry lead us through various yoga poses, easy to difficult. She was encouraging and helpful. Ocean Fitness Yoga is the best!! Kerry is excellent at what she does, and she works hard to ensure the classes are fun, welcoming for every skill level, and memorable. I cannot recommend her classes more highly! Check them out....especially kangaroo or goat yoga. So fun!
