This practice is a joke! They had an offer for concession card holders that you can make a 1 off payment (originally only $102, but somehow I was charged $156 when I paid it) and you would be bulk billed for 12 months. I had all of 4 appointments this whole year and now the practice is closing for the remainder of the year and I have just lost my remaining 8 months of bulk billing that I paid for. We have been very fortunate to have O.F.M in our Hibiscus Retirement Village , the service from doctors nurses and receptionist fantastic make you feel one of the family.Doctor Nita Tripathi very nice ,very thoughtful and helpful, goes out her way to help me and my husband. Couldn't do without her.
Highly recommend this medical centre! The doctor and nurse were both very friendly and extremely professional. Since my English isn't my first language, I was a bit nervous, but they were so patient with me and didn't mind at all. Thank you so much for your amazing care and kindness!
I highly recommend Dr Nivedita (Nita) she is very personable and professional. She explains everything that is going on with you. She is very thorough to find out what’s happening medically with you. She always greets you with a smile. The surgery is lucky to have her. The front desk girls and guy are so lovely too. You can always have a joke with them and they always greet you with a smile. Today was not a typical day - someone had forgotten to post my appointment on the list for the day. In spite of a somewhat chaotic beginning & the GP's computer throwing a hissy fit, nobody lost their charm or their cool & all were their usual friendly selves.
