I will never use Ocean Family Medical Center again. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Francois, but the front desk staff make the entire experience unbearable. Appointments are always running extremely late. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, you get put on hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. On behalf of Lean On Me HR Solutions, we are making this public statement: the service provided at Ocean Family Medical Center is unacceptable. While Dr. Francois has been nothing short of professional, the front desk staff have repeatedly shown incompetence and negligence. incompetence and ignorance should be the theme for this doctors office. do yourself the favor and don’t ever attend this doctor office ever. a waste of time and the doctor is never there and always on “vacation”, staff is clueless and useless as ever, and they’re completely dysfunctional. If i could give this place 0 stars i would but they get the courtesy from google of getting 1 star.
