What a disappointment ! About to become a new customer , With Kate already in possession of my old glasses when another customer walked in and Kate then proceeded to completely ignore me and engaged in a long conversation with the other customer. Business lost immediately as I will not be ignored or my time waisted. Don’t bother making an appointment as clearly it means nothing to these service providers. I only hope that the owners will get to read this review
