No respect for the customer, rude attitude, I do not recommend this place
Please avoid this place! I went in today for a carwash and my car got damaged on the entire right side by those red spinning cleaning machines. It sounded like a rock was hitting my car as it spun. I expressed my concerns to the manager onsite, Elder and he refused to take me seriously and write an incident report. I would not want someone else to go through what I did.
I've been going to the same car wash every two weeks for eight months, always vacuuming first and informing the staff. Today, the worker was busy so I started vacuuming and planned to let him know later. The manager approached me and gave me a hard time about it. Thanks for the push to try the new car wash that just opened. You lost my business.
Good job on car wash but both attendants have attitude or mentally challeged. The wash attendant banged so hard on the window I thought it would break
