Honestly, for a healthcare company, this is terrible. Their machines are very old, they have no customer service, and no technicians available. They waste your time. There’s an older man who answers the phone aggressively, trying to defend the indefensible, offering “solutions” for their outdated machines like cleaning with cotton.
