Hi there, Please check the reviews at Seabreeze Vacation Rentals Carlsbad. There has been new management for the last 3 years and you will see many happy reviews. It was remodeled a couple of years ago as well. Please read the other site reviews as they are accurate. Also, you can check them out on Airbnb and they hold Super Host Status and have a near 5 star score on all 12 units.
Two different names on the same property with the same horrible results. Nancy the manager is lier and has no idea what she’s doing. Place is run down with homeless people peeing where you park your car. The smell was horrible from it and no screens on the windows. The place was run down and filthy from the inside out.
