I highly recommend Melanee Woodman and Kelly King from Ocean Dunes Realty. I was referred to them by a close friend who made a cold call which was returned immediately after. PHENOMENAL! The process for looking for a realtor was a little overwhelming. A lot of reviews with a lot of 5 ⭐️ but when you call didn’t get that kind of response. Melanee EXCEEDED 5 ⭐️. She ALWAYS answered my text and calls promptly no matter the time. Which when you are looking for a home it can be a bit overwhelming with lots of questions.
