Great location and good accommodations
While renting at this condo complex for a week, a piece of their roof *FELL* onto our parked vehicle in the building’s designated guest parking area. The damage was clearly caused by their property & on their premises. We reached out to the condo association to report the incident, expecting them to take some level of responsibility. Instead, they immediately denied any liability and deflected blame, despite the fact that this is exactly what liability insurance is for.
