To all who care,i’ve been working with Ocean Drywall as senior foreman ,for almost 2 years now and they are hands-down the best company I have been with in my 27+ years in the industry. This place is full of inconsiderate people. They let me drive 2 hours to buy a truck that wasn't there. I called ahead to make sure we were good and the lazy lady at the desk told me yea its here and when I showed up there was nothing. 4 hours round-trip wasted on these people
Bad leadership! At the top there is very poor communication. At the foreman level, I worked with many experienced installers that became foreman. I walked alongside many of them to help them grow and learn, however the other so called leaders of the company would dog them, curse them, etc. Apparently being nice and having morals won’t keep you employed here.
