Steer clear. I’ve stupidly been loyal to this practice for too many years. They are literally down to one dentist now and have been like it all year, can’t get an appointment (nhs or private) - just told to call back month after month. Have a history of cancelling appointments or dentist / hygienist being off sick then make it difficult to get a refund on deposit. De-registered with them this week, they couldn’t care less!

Would give 0 stars if I could absolutely shocking I booked an appointment and waited 5 weeks for it 1st appointment got cancelled, had to wait for another week that one got cancelled, again had to wait another week, guess what that one got cancelled aswell they then tried telling me I had to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment! Very poor have got my deposit back and told them where to go

Poor service, always cancelling appointments and making you turn up for appintmenst then saying you don't have one. And, every time I go to this dentist I am ill for days afterwards, every time. Something seriously not right about that place!

I was very sacred after reading the bad reviews but still I tried. Very good dentist and very satisfying work. I done root canal which gone very well. Very helpful people. Thank you very much
