Most likely a language barrier but called early in the morning for an appt they told me to come in at 3:30pm. Drove AN HOUR to get here and then they told me i never booked it! They told me someone else had an appointment currently. Then they told me to come back at 4:15pm, so i waited… i called to make sure i was still okay to come in at the time they told me AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASNT AVAILABLE! TO COME IN AT 5:15pm! WASTE OF TIME!
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- I purchased Groupons and called the business to book a massage. I had been there once on a Saturday, also using a Groupon. However, this time, the lady refused to honor the Groupon for weekends, and said i can only use it for Monday-Wednesday. I explained that this was not indicated on the Groupon site. She said just come into the business and they will provide same pricing as Groupon, and I can get a massage any day. She told me to just get a refund on Groupon. Amazing experience, one of the best full body hot stone massages I have had in a while . Eva was fantastic and made sure it was a very relaxing 1 hour for me.
I got a same day appointment and Kelly also the owner was very assuring and greated me well. I was running little late but she made no fuss. My massage ( deep tissue ) was done by Julie and she is simply amazing . I will definitely go back. Walked in with aching shoulders and walked out in bliss
An amazing place with great ambience! Kelly, the owner is very courteous and welcoming! Jenny, the technician is highly professional, nice & skilled! Would certainly come back. Highly recommended!
