First time visiting this place. I went for a massage from Groupon but front desk asked if I'd like to have more pressure. I answered yes without knowing it was a tricky question because she said it'll cost $10 or $20 more. So she wanted me to cancel Groupon and pay them directly. I had a hard time trying to cancel, it took me about 10 or 15 min navigating the Groupon app which I rarely use. This is our go to place as service was decent and there was no tip pressure which was a great feeling. We always tipped but there was no one asking for more. This changed yesterday. We went for a 30 min foot massage. The owner left for a bit and the therapist started taking shortcuts. We did not get the same treatment as before, warm blanket, hot stone and barely got a 20 min massage. After we were done there was a new therapist, she aggressively asked for tip. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. From the moment I walked in with a Groupon, I was treated like I’d committed a crime. The front desk asked why I bought the voucher and made me feel like I made a huge mistake. They even cursed in their language—completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
