This is my 3rd of 4 rates from 26 years ago. The start of mine and my wife’s lives, a tough time while I was on the run from the Navy. Trying to survive a situation of my own making but in response to actions outside my control. Anyways, across the street but at the time as part of Ocean Cove was a 4 rooms, efficiencies. I don’t recommend staying at Ocean Cove, they are greedy , they charged me for cleaning service and never did , also I never got my security deposit of $150 back, and when I left the motel after 2weeks I found unauthorised charges on my card and when I contacted Steven, the owner, he never refunded the money back to me. Don’t stay there.
Hotels.com and Google say pet friendly but they are NOT CAT FRIENDLY. I was planning to stay for at least a week. I don't know what the difference is between a cat, a dog, or a kid in terms of risk. You have bad and good handlers of all 3. It's ignorant to judge everyone based off of one or two bad experiences. If you turned everyone away due to bad experiences, you'd have nobody staying in your hotel.
