We Purchased our Minn Kota off Ricky a few years ago and recently ran into some issues that were caused by user error. He was able to help trouble shoot and fix the motor in 3 minutes. Ricky was quick and professional and refused any compensation. He said he was just helping out! Rare honesty and generosity. I highly recommend his business to others if not for his great prices but for his unmatched customer service that follows.
When I found out there's only a handful of people in the country that repair minn kotas I thought I may aswell purchase a new one. Ricky was absolutely awesome, honest and he even let me chat his ears off while he repaired my unit. Not only did he repair my broken issue but he also cleaned up and replaced anything else he noticed looking old and his price was very reasonable. So glad I found him. I'll deffinately return for his services and highly recomend his work
