This Guy always has time for you. Seems to have a genuine interest in keeping the minn kota croud up and running with parts in stock and advice when needed. Thank you ocean concepts.

I highly recommend Ocean Concepts. Ricky does great work. He cares about fixing issues and solving problems for his clients.
We Purchased our Minn Kota off Ricky a few years ago and recently ran into some issues that were caused by user error. He was able to help trouble shoot and fix the motor in 3 minutes. Ricky was quick and professional and refused any compensation. He said he was just helping out! Rare honesty and generosity. I highly recommend his business to others if not for his great prices but for his unmatched customer service that follows.
