Kinda embarrassing food and clueless but not overly terrible service. Just seemingly incapable of doing basic things like taking an order or knowing where their own equipment is or knowing if it's breakfast or brunch or knowing how to send a server how to take an order. Or asking what time it was 3 times. Extremely mediocre food with Manhattan prices, but that's really to be expected with any resort. Beautiful atmosphere though. Montauk is gorgeous.

my boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and we were really looking forward to the experience at this restaurant and to celebrate. The host was speaking to me while on her phone, we sat at the bar around 7:30 to wait for our table and the bartender made it very clear it was last call and they were closing. When the table was ready, we carried our drinks and appetizers ourselves inside. The host came to the table with 2 plates asking if it was our food when we sat 10 minutes ago. Food is good, if it came out on time. Service is extremely slow and our server checked on us once and then disappeared. He never came back after greeting us. Love the club and the vibes, but if you’re going to charge $2,500 a night, the service needs to meet that.
