Great condo, great location, beautiful views of the water if you're on the south side. The super is nice and helpful, same with security. The 1st floor has a nice party room and a large pool. The only issue are the AC units. The party room has 4 AC units that can't keep up when it's hot out and you have more than 10 people in it. Same for the in-wall PTAC units in the condos. They must be old or not serviced well.
