I wanted to be able to give this place a good review. I used to work at Nor’ East in Gloucester so I know how they operate and I don’t trust them. I thought I’d give this place a shot. I entrusted them with my $600 vintage sweatshirt from Japan made out of an extremely delicate terry. The mission was simple. Dry clean it. Organic-eco dry cleaning, that alone deserves 5 stars, but this place is conveniently located, prompt with service, friendly and competitively priced. Couldn’t ask for more from a dry cleaner.
My friend came here to inquire about a small alteration to the shoulder of her bridesmaid dress. It was a bit too small under the armpit. When she asked the owner if she could make the arm-hole a tad bit bigger, she replied “there’s not much i can do. you could just not eat dinner until the wedding” My friend cried as soon as she got to the car. this woman had the audacity to body-shame my friend for absolutely no reason.
