Scheduled an appointment with these guys and nobody showed up. Did not receive any call to reschedule and zero communication from them. Absolutely awful customer service. I do not recommend. Stay away from these guys and don't waste your time.
Dealt with Ocean City Developments briefly about a property I own in Norway Maine. The lady I spoke with was very nice, but the guy I had a phone appointment with wasn’t very informative and very short with me on the phone. Don’t recommend if you’re looking to get a fair price on your property.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this home buyer. They have repeatedly sent me unsolicited junk mail, cluttering my inbox with irrelevant offers and advertisements. Their persistent disregard for my privacy and time is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend doing business with someone who lacks respect for their clients' preferences and boundaries.
