I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this home buyer. They have repeatedly sent me unsolicited junk mail, cluttering my inbox with irrelevant offers and advertisements. Their persistent disregard for my privacy and time is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend doing business with someone who lacks respect for their clients' preferences and boundaries.

This company has been sending me solicitations in my deceased father's name to buy his home. I have contacted them multiple times to be removed from their mailing list and they always say I am removed but may get at least one more mailing. Well it's been a lot more than one more!! I filed a BBB complaint and they responded by saying with that complaint I will be removed, but that did not happen. I was contacted by Ocean City after reaching out to a different company (had no interest in working with an investment firm) and decided to see what they would offer, their ballpark would be around a $430k for a $750k home, citing they need their margins. A $300k margin to buy and relist a property is a bit extreme and insulting. I contacted a company called HomeLight which is a online realtor or something. Long story short they told me they had a cash buyer in the area they can get me in contact with, and the "cash buyer" was Ocean city Developments. They offered money over the phone for my property and i told them i wanted more, however they decided to schedule an appointment to come view the property to see if they could offer me more. With them giving me a schedule date and time. No one showed or called. So a 30min to an hour after of a no show. ... read more
