Unit 205, nice unit beautiful view. The microwave door was broken and the refrigerator/freezer did not work Southern Vacation Rentals did nothing to fix it the five days we were there. Will not answer the, only communicates through text messages.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Our stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property. The elevator was out of service for the entire week we were there. We were traveling with multiple young children and had to walk up and down eight flights of stairs every time we needed to get to or from our room. This alone had a huge impact on our vacation. We stayed in # 404 of the West building. It was a very nice place! It's close to the elevator and parking was accessible. The condo itself was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The condo is fully stocked, so it's nice to not have to worry about bringing everything. The towels were a little worn and needed replacing. They were once white, you can tell they have been washed and are in need of replacing. The master bed was very comfortable!
