Have a ocean breeze pool, which was completed just prior to Christmas 2022. The installation process and the time frame wasn’t a smooth as we would have hoped. We finally got to utilize pool this summer 2022/2023, however of late there has been some equipment failure’s, we’ve have tried to contact them either by phone or email with no response. Quick to take money from you. Won’t answer emails or calls once they have your money. Drama all along through the installation, after having my pool for 6 months the heat pump has stopped working and having trouble with warranty as heat pump was in the package and ocean breeze won’t help at all with the warranty side of things!
