Second time here and horrible experience, a Cuban girl very impolite, with an attitude,she cut my skin, blood came out, didn’t even apologize, very disappointed! Should work on costumer service with the girls that work here

Terrible experience – completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I went in for a removal and was immediately questioned about the type of gel on my nails. I told the technician multiple times that it was not hard gel, but she didn’t believe me. She said she would have to charge me $60 to remove them if they didn’t come off with acetone. I had a pretty bad experience at this salon and wanted to share. Honestly, the service was horrible . The woman with glasses, who seemed to be in charge, was incredibly rude . Despite my repeated attempts to understand the pricing, she got irritated that I didn’t understand and that I asked her “three times “telling me to ask my nail tech instead. Really disappointing experience. The lady with glasses had a terrible attitude the entire time. She acted like she was in a rush even though I was the only one there. When I asked a couple of questions she cut me off and said she already explained enough!!Super rude and unprofessional. Definitely not going back.
