Tony used to be a stand up guy but he’s all talk and doesn’t stand behind his work. I had my boat in several times for AC repairs and everything was replaced starting with a water pump, control pad, and then the complete unit. The guys he had working for him were not qualified to do the repairs and installed it incorrectly. They broke the sump box with the wrong sized hose and then tried to charge me to replace it. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE! I am so disappointed with this place. Tony started out to be very professional and seems to know what he's doing BUT he turned into a looser. He talked a big game but after three weeks he did Nothing but make excuses. So when I told him I wanted to come get my boat he said " fine come get it and cuss me if you want " ! So when I got there ( a one hour ride) he wasn't there and my boat was blocked in by 3 other boats. So I called and he said he would get my boat out and I could pick it up Friday. ... read more
Tony was an absolute Rockstar when it came to my issues. He has the experience and creativity to deal with issues as they come. My thermostat bolt broke inside... So we had a few issues to overcome. He found an excellent solution that wouldn't compromise the aluminum block. Excellent service. He's one of the good ones, if he can't solve it, he'll guide you to someone who will.
Took boat for cosmetic work on lower unit, they disassembled the lower unit and said they repaired (they just sprayed paint to cover over) so not fixed, I also asked to repair right brake light, well not fixed, I was stopped by cops less than 24 hrs after supposably they repaired the light, they also charged me for an outboard 100hr maintenance service, after this incident I took to another (dealer mechanic) sure enough, they stated no oil had been changed because it was old oil and they claim to have changed other parts tha... read more
I took my boat in to have a lot of work done. the guys at Ocean Breeze did a complete rewire, they serviced my Suzuki outboard, they added a new chartplotter/fishfinder, new spreader lights, new underwater stern lights, and buffed out the gel goat around the boat. It took a few months for this to get done but I understand in the middle of it they had some personnel changes.
