Ocean Breeze was great to work with. They had same day emergency appointments on a Saturday and sent a great Tech. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We now have a great company in O.C. Anna & Ken Coleman
Great service of units purchased from them!
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve received. Spent $2k and the system still broken and the owner refuses to even call me back. I cannot recommend as they do not stand behind their work As stated the poor customer service is your downfall. When a customer calls with a problem 12 times a caring owner would call back. You did not. No excuse for that
Currently I am waiting for my AC system to be repaired in 76 degree weather it has been over three days for the duration of an emergency service. Still no part replacement. I will be calling other companies to help me.
We have used Ocean Breeze twice for repair calls in the last year (February + today). We continue to be impressed with their responsiveness, communication, professionalism, and knowledge. Top notch team and we are so grateful to be a forever customer who can depend on them!!
