I’ve been seeing Dr Gerrard for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth! Even after moving 2 hours away, I would still make the trip to see him. Working in the industry myself, I 100% trust his expertise and recommend him to all my friends and family. He is friendly, calm and extremely thorough. He takes time to explain options of treatment and is very reassuring. Also love the recent renovations that create a lovely environment to be in.
I recently attended Ocean Breeze Dental as I had some dental concerns and was also due for a check-up. My dentist Gerard was extremely attentive and he thoroughly explained his assessment, the work he recommended to be done, and the different options available. Unfortunately not a great experience this time. I found the dentist a little cold, especially considering I was being told that he couldn't do my root canal and it would cost 7-9k at a specialist in Geelong. I felt very unsupported. I would have appreciated the info that while he couldn't do it, other dental practices around the bellarine could do it in house which would save me literally 6 thousand dollars! Both my husband and myself had to find a local dentist and after reading reviews we choose Ocean Breeze. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and we didn’t have to wait long before our first check ups. Gerard our dentist was gentle and professional which helped calmed me as I like a lot of others have a fear of the dentist. Since our first visit we have had all our work done over a few visits.
