Booked a condo through Vrbo that was through this company a week and a half before check in they canceled my reservation and kept a $100 and Vrbo fee not refunded. Company is shady!!!!
Claimed I had a dog in the unit, which was untrue. Said they would check with housekeeping over a month after my stay to see if they remember anything. After 30 days and responsible cleaning how many units you think they would remember one way or another.
* * BEWARE * * This company DOES NOT refund your deposit!!!!!! They took $100 when I cancelled less than 2 weeks. I will NEVER advise anyone to book using this company. Buyer Beware!!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ESPECIALLY THROUGH VRBO!!! Linda, Tammy, and the supposedly supervisor that doesn’t actually supervise anything “Melissa” are so deceptive in their business practice. I was literally told it was best to not come because of Tropical Storm Debbie after being so nervous about traveling and then they charged me even more to cancel and didn’t refund me what they agreed upon.
