DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ESPECIALLY THROUGH VRBO!!! Linda, Tammy, and the supposedly supervisor that doesn’t actually supervise anything “Melissa” are so deceptive in their business practice. I was literally told it was best to not come because of Tropical Storm Debbie after being so nervous about traveling and then they charged me even more to cancel and didn’t refund me what they agreed upon. Rented a condo for three days when we arrived, the floor had sand all over it. The bathroom mats were horribly dirty. There was a funky odor coming from the air conditioner, and there was black mold and water stains on the ceiling. We left one day early notified them the very next day when they opened and they weren’t willing to give us any money back. I recently stayed at Chateau by the Sea in North Myrtle Beach Unit H3. I have stayed at Chateau by the sea before in a different unit and the location is great. The previous condo was also in great condition and the property manager was a pleasure to work with. This condo and Ocean Breeze not so much. The reason I chose this unit was simply for the price.
