Just a small oceanfront community containing about 10 or less huge, all pretty-much-new-homes. Has a front gate call button with code but looks like it's never really been used. The president of the HOA lives in the middle and is very active and present in his position. Has its own separate code and gate to walk out on the beach and back in. Which this happens for me to be the only downfall because each house doesn't separately walk out onto the beach.
